NATURAL WOOD EXTRACTS

DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TOASTING FOR DIFFERENT AROMA PROFILES

Depending on the toasting level, certain compounds in the wood are degraded, reducing the structural contribution but enhancing aromatic delivery. ALCOHOL-BASED WOOD EXTRACTS:

Natural extract of fresh American oak: notes of whisky lactone, coconut, vanilla.

Natural extract of toasted American oak: sweet notes of cocoa, chocolate, with a toasted, smoky background.

Natural extract of Special American oak: notes of coconut, vanilla, sweet and elegant, with notes of distilled wine alcohol.
